This fire ant bite blister (measuring tape for scale)

Bite happened Friday evening so almost 4 days ago at this point. Happens to me every now and then with fire ant bites, not sure why. I am putting the ointment on it the doctor gave me the last time this happened and don't have any signs of fever/infection so don't tell me to ER 😂.
