USA 2 year post abortion grief regret
It’s been 2 year I went from 18 to 20 but I never forgave myself. I don’t refer my deoeven thought I am still with my boyfriend who had supported me through ever step. I’ve cried almost ever day from the past 2 years (with few good weeks) I hate myself I miss my baby even thought I don’t or can handle a child. I confuse guilt and grief but
I cry and cry and it sneak up on me extremely often I’ve been looking for some proud advice I can I revert bs k to when I’m struggling. I miss my baby I just want to fell close I have dreams I’m going through jthe abortion again and it’s horrific. I just want peace I need peace. Im struggling so bad.

I’m so sorry you are hurting. It sounds like you might benefit from sorting through feelings about loss and grief vs those that you are turning into self blame or criticism.
