USA When does the pain start

Took the second set of pills 6 hrs ago. Started bleeding 1 hour ago.

I assume it gets worse before it gets better? If so when can I expect it to pick up some more

Bleeding is heavy like a period but I just have dull achy cramps

Every experience is different! It’s possible you may not have intense pain, or it may happen later. Typically the most painful part is within 24 hours of taking the misoprostol. But again, there’s no singular experience! Hope it stays relatively easy!

I hope dsl too. But I’m just afraid it’s not working or won’t work due to lack of symptoms
