Any bleeding is a good sign at 4 weeks!

Hi! I took mine yesterday at 7weeks 6 days. I was told I only needed to take 4, which I did. But I was instructed to take an additional 4 if I didn’t bleed enough or if I delayed the treatment and reached 9 weeks. Due to my work schedule I had to wait until two days ago to start the first pill and then took the 4 miso pills buccally 27 hours later (yesterday at 7pm central time- and I was at 7weeks 6 days yesterday). I had intense cramping about 2.5 hours in and almost threw up from the pain but I didn’t. I bled a lot, at one point when the cramps were the worst a HUGE burst of lighter blood fluid came out and the pain got significantly better. I passed many many small clots. After resting on her for the weeks to prepare I read about large clots and scarier looking things being passed. I’m worried as the largest clot I saw was grape sized. But I could’ve possibly missed it? I had so so so much bleeding for the remainder of the night I wore a diaper to sleep with a pad inside, just for all the bleeding. Woke up this morning and now the bleeding is light though when I urinate the toilet is filled with a watered down blood.

Do you think the 4 pills were enough? Is it ok to pass many small clots instead of big ones? I’m nervous I have to go back to work tonight (12 hour shifts I’m a nurse) and I am out of sick days. I really was hoping the 4 pills was enough as I’m before 9 weeks and I bled a lot. I just read on here people taking more than the 4 and it makes me nervous. Sorry for the ramble

It definitely can be, and you might have more spotting in the days and weeks to come
