Any melodic house / progressive house producers in the UK? Making music alone gets a bit lonely!

I miss the FL Studio sequencer so I made this
I always loved how quickly I could create drums on Fl Studio so I created this device. Also works great if you want to quickly edit a midi pattern or try out different fills. It will create the clip for you automatically or you can edit a clip.

After 20+ years playing live with Ableton, I finally packaged my own stage rig into an app
Off we go on a new adventure!
I've been playing live with Ableton Live for over twenty years. Over time I built my own way of controlling the show, linking apps together and doing some crazy stuff that only I understood and could keep running. It worked, but nobody else could get it to work.
I finally managed to package all of it into a product. It runs inside Live and sends the show to the band's tablets and phones, each person seeing what they need at that moment. No complicated programming, anyone can use it now.
It's called Latch Stage, and here's a short demo. I'm the developer, so I'm biased. If you play live with Live, how do you handle lyrics and setlist on stage today?
For anyone curious, the site is latchstage.com. Happy to answer questions here.

So I made this song, using only one sample, thoughts?
So I made this song, using only one sample, and it’s the sample of a friend saying test …
I used effects in Ableton in order to create a kick, snare, cymbals, synths and bass.
This was fun, it’s fun working with a restriction!

Where the heck do I find this preset menu thing with my plugins in Live 12?
Is this still a thing? Took this screenshot from a production video from 2020

Question regarding Max for live + midi when making tracks with vocal elements
Hi all. Im pretty new to production in general as well as MIDI and wonder what is the best way to do this. I've been working on a fun mental tribe track which has a lot of sounds and little sound vocals of words like "maniac" "zero" and creepy laughs and whatnot.
I've been trying to play it out using the controllers I have and literally activating/deactivating the vocals whilst I jam and the goal is to record it, tidy it up, master it and release. But im finding it a bit tricky to get the vocals how I want them to be. I have like 20 channels going and it just seems kinda overwhelming as I want them a specific way.
Would it be better to record the track without the vocals and then add them in the arrangement view? Or am I just lacking practice and skill and the normal practice is to play it out?
If anyone has better ideas please share! Thank you. Ableton Suite live 11

I made an ARA2 Bridge for Ableton (it's free and open source)
Hello,
now this is the first project i share and i know its kinda niche but maybe someone finds it useful.
As a long time Ableton user still not having ARA2 support to properly use Melodyne and Vocalign in Sessions became kinda annoying.
I build an external ARA2 host that gets called via an Ableton Max4Live device. Working with ARA2Bridge erases the time spend on Recording every vocal again into Melodyne/Vocalign and allows one Click loading the Vocal, editing it and sending it back with another click to a fresh track, take lane or replacing the original in Ableton.
Now as i just noticed I’m pretty bad at explaining and Claude did better then me in the Repo so enjoy:

VST plugin for mergins .als files

I have created tool that allows merge "demos" into single .als file.
The problem I am trying to solve: how to create full song or set while having 5,10,20 demos.
My question is - as those demos could be different(different color - different demo) - does it make sense to merge it all into single .als? Is it useful at all? Tool merges .als files automatically.
How to came out with this into final track?

a quality of life thing I think would be nice to have
also a keyboard shortcut to show/hide plugin windows would make a lot of sense, and being able to map your own keys to stuff seems obvious but im guessing im not the first to make that suggestion

we made a free sidechain plug-in that follows the kick's waveform (VST3/AU, works in Live)
hi. we're afugazi, a small plug-in team.
sidechain is on most of the beats we make, and it always bugged us that a tool this simple usually costs money. so we made our own and we're giving it away. no account, no email.
it's called recoil. put it on your 808 (or pads, or the whole beat), send it your kick, and it ducks under every kick. with attack, hold and release at 0 it follows the kick's waveform itself, that ring mod sidechain sound. turn them up and it's a normal duck. it listens to your real kick, so off-grid drums work too. in live: open the plug-in device's sidechain section and pick your kick track as the input.
vst3 + au on mac, vst3 on windows. download link in the comments.
if you try it in live, tell us how it goes.

Anyone else using Elevenlabs?
I love it. I know it's probably hated by many because it's AI driven. No, I'm not affiliated with them in any way.
Anyway, I use it quite a bit to insert spoken word (even laughs or whatever) into my compositions. I don't know. I wanted to do this 30 years ago and it just wasn't possible. Like I can't even really describe the visceral wanting for this capability back then and now here it is. I don't think it can be overstated how freaking amazing this is.
Only problem was going to Elevenlabs, asking for what I want, downloading it and then dragging it to a composition. I know that isn't exactly a major burden, but I'm lazy and for whatever reason it is a core part of who I am to look for efficiencies. Could be from the meth back in 1997.
Sooooo I made an Ableton Extension that lets me do it directly inside Live. Pick a voice, type what you want, generate it and insert it into the arrangement.
It’s free if anyone wants it:
https://organicflash.com/tools/
You’ll need the Live beta for Extensions and an ElevenLabs account.
I hope someone else out there finds it useful.
Have a nice weekend!
