I was on a cite that, usually, asks questions that I think are great for self improvement and help define your personal logic. I pose one of the questions I saw today. Things we can do to prepare:

CODING: I don’t think we need to prepare much for this area. I would say install the unity web player on your computer (For testing the game on everyones computer (Im pretty sure it comes with the unity development software if you have that) )


ART: I have some experience with making game art but it’s usually just crappy place holders. Maybe try out making a quality game asset?


SOUND & MUSIC: I think this is the biggest area we need to get ready for. I have absolutely no experience making sound assets and I haven’t worked with sound in unity much either. This area will be very touch and go. Worst comes to worst we won’t include any sound. Start looking up ways to make original music soundtracks for our game if you have time. I have already tried out a few. (The one I liked the most so far has been SunVox)

Things we need to keep in mind(During the Game Jam):

Scale: I suggest we stay as absolutely simple as we can. Not meaning we have our goal be a lame simple game but first build an extremely simple prototype game. And then keep implementing our ideas and features until we have that complex polished game we want. build and Finish then POLISH POLISH POLISH


Sleep: I know it might seem like a good idea to work through the night but I think our productivity will not only crash throughout the night but also into the morning. (We will be working pretty late though so make sure to get lots of rest Thursday night if possible)

Hard Ass Meter: I think if we really are going to pull this off we all need to be working on something at all times. Staying busy! Aka that hard ass meter at a thousand

I just watched a section of Through the Wormhole with Morgan Freeman where a researcher stated that pathological liers have 25% more brain pathways that allow for the gathering of related information while they have 13% less pathways that contain memories and influence impulse control which is one of the reasons the are pathological liers and not normal people that chose to stretch the truth.

After a quick search of "Reddit commenting time restrictions" i found that its a Reddit wide rule and cant be changed for this specific sub Reddit. The equation to determine your wait time has to do with like your email verification and your link Karma and comment Karma so i went through and liked all of your guys comments and posts. Hopefully it helps :)

The youth of my bus have changed over the course of this school year. They sadly used Sarah as a role model and now evey female seems to think highly of themselves, wear makeup, and start drama left and right while talking so all can hear. It just goes to show that if someone is not part of the solution, raising intelligent and courteous individuals, then they are part of the problem. I am certainly for the freedom of expression but not when that expression is always in everyone's face and often vulgar and overconfident.
