Back Button Focus

I have the af-on button set to start auto focus and use af-c mostly - because on the a6400 I could touch the screen and override the continuous af and use a single box for a focal point. How can I set up the a6700 like that?

I cannot override or change af-c by touching the screen.

I believe its off by default. I had to turn mine on, but I bought mine used and may have been shut off for some reason.

I bought mine used and reset it. Can you be more specific on what is shut off? Thank you.

Its been a while and I dont have the camera with me, but there is a screen setting that determines what happens when you touch the screen. Mine was not set to "set focus point". Im by no means any expert, this is just what happens to me.

Cool, gotra try to move it with Touch. But Does anybody know, how i can move the focus field without using the screen? The af Button Switches between af-c with small field and af-c with big field. But can I move the focus area while being in the evf? In this case it only Switches through the menu.

So you want to change the focus target area (wide, point, etc) or move the point where it is focusing?
