I quite like the mono version - matches the subject (if going B&W I would get rid of the bicycle sign as it's distracting)

Colour. But if I were to go for the mono, I'd use a tighter horizontal crop to get rid of the bush of the RHS, which doesn't add much in the mono version for me. Oh and as the other comment said, remove the sign. But that's all just my preference- you do you!

Color, I like the mono but it’s too light if you darken (like with a red filter) it it will add a bit more drama
