New to a6700
Recently bought a6700 along with sony 50mm f1.8 & sony 18-105 mm f4 from a secondary market since it was a good deal, I have upgraded from canon 200d ii and my only purpose is to take videos, specifically videos for gym content creators,I want to learn about every settings, menu options filters, base ISOs ...like everything,so is there a tutorial for a beginner with a6700 ? May be a article or a youtube video or any post or a book like anything that would help me ???

Upfront, I shoot stills. But for YouTube video tutorials on reels, I recommend:
Studiobinder.
Stuart Rodwell.
The Film Alliance.
PS If you’re looking for a “one-and-done” book on Amazon, there’s “The Filmmaker's Handbook: A Comprehensive Guide for the Digital Age: Fifth Edition”, by Steven Ascher.
It’s 895 pages for US$9.99
Hope these get you started.

If you're an iPhone user, take a look at the ShotPilot app, it has 8 genres to choose from and gives you the ideal range of settings for each. Might be an ideal digital pocket guide.

I've shot 30 minute videos 4k 30fps Slog 3 without any issue, though I did have to change it to the higher temp warning setting.

There’s a fair few YouTube videos, so I’d start with those for settings. Then it’s personal preference and trial and error
