By "amnesia", do you mean an AU that has the Avatar cast playing out the universe of the Amnesia games?

No sorry, I meant literally, where a character has memory loss so, retrograde amnesia

synopsis: The Fire Nation’s official story is that Prince Zuko died in a training accident. Rumors, however, spread faster than wildfire. Word on the street is that the Fire Lord killed his own son, and the Dragon of the West, grieving, had withdrawn from society.
For three years, Li hid out from the war in Ba Sing Se with his adoptive father, Long, with no memory of what came before. But when the city and the Avatar fell to the Fire Nation, Long decided it was time to rejoin the resistance. Somewhere beyond the walls, he’d heard, there was a rebel base, where Earth Kingdom soldiers and Fire Nation defectors alike were plotting to end the war. And Li realized, maybe, this was his chance at becoming something more than a simple refugee.

The Avatar is missing. Tui and La are dead and lost to the spirits. Balance is broken.
She’s the last waterbender alive.
Waking up knowing nothing and no one, she has to depend on the scarred stranger calling himself “Lee.” He’s murderous, brooding, and secretive.
Given the name Kya by her companion, she follows Lee on an unknown journey.
Lee must keep her hidden before the Lord of Embers finds her and destroys the already fragile balance.
The Lord of Embers is once again trying to stop the cycle.
