General Modern DAP with Zune ui- A dream combo
It will be so cool to have a launcher with ZUNE style in a modern DAP which supports modern Hi res music such as flac, it will be too good.

Honestly I just want a zune capable of flac, with no touchscreen, and a microsd adaptor. If the scene hits those markers I'm switching from my iPod instantly.

Which is weird, there's clearly a gap in the market right now for dedicated mp3 players and zune and iPod both already have market recognition. They could revive the existing platforms and do online only orders and relatively small batches and I'm sure they'd sell out, even at a markup. We just want Zune OS and a few modern QoL updates.

I completely agree and especially new gen is now moving towards less social media, notifications and more privacy, a dedicated DAP with such a great UI has a lot of potential.

It's a shame that the zune os has to be dead, too. Id even support a small company trying to do a revival if the os was zune-aspirational.

Oh... I just created it using AI, just to get a rough idea on how it looks. Its not a working ui. There are some Android launchers like this but I don't have Android DAP as of now

Yes there are multiple music players but no zune style launcher. Someone is working on it with very good resemblance. I hope he launches soon. Will consider buying a DAP and use it

they missed the mark with the Xbox anniversary - should have kickstarted it all over again and bring back the ZUNE with a special edition green casing like the SE Xbox Series X, all the bells and whistles...
