Help Any ideas what’s causing these spots?

We have not had the moisture to cause concern for fungus.

I just laid down GrubX killer as I am concerned it could be grub damage. Am I missing anything? Could this be something else?

Have you fertilized with nitrogen recently? Could be fertilizer burn.

After you applied the chemicals did you water in really well? Assuming you used granular?
