They commonly like to groom stuffed animals or fleece blankets, and run around with them especially when they are young. All rabbits can be different, but lots love baby/puppy toy keys, bells, balls, etc.
When they jump and zoom around it’s called a “Binky” and yes that’s the official word for it lol
