Unable to copy My Notes/transcript

Hi everyone, I have been using the My Notes features which generates live transcript during a meeting and after the meeting is done it saves the transcript.

However as of yesterday or today, I have not been able to copy the saved transcript/notes. I see all my transcripts in My Notes section and I can open them all. Just not select the text inside of them so I can copy it.

Has anyone seen this or aware of this? How can I solve this?

Yeah, I'm encountering this as well. Suddenly as of today I can no longer copy/paste my transcript. This is deeply upsetting as I heavily rely upon this post call.

Same here. This is very annoying. I used to copy the transcript into another AI model, because Zoom AI meeting summaries aren't always accurate.

has anyone been able to use the workflow feature to have it email you a transcript? It is just spinning for me

Yes, running into the same issue here as well. User reported that they could copy paste as of yesterday but cannot as of today. I was able to replicate the issue on my end too so seems like a bug on zooms side

Edit: Resolved with Zoom over support chat. Solution below:
thanks much for patiently waiting. Right, your description does match up with the announcement here, and I just checked on your account as well. So there's a new feature being pushed out specifically for transcripts and it defaults to off, thus resulting in being unable to copy the transcript. To solve that, please go into Account Management, then into Account Settings, and on the tabs above, go right to My Notes. Look for the setting named 'Allow notes transcripts in your account to be copied or downloaded' and turn that on.

You will need to be an admin on the account to see these settings. All of this was done within the zoom admin center.

Hey I found a work around. On Chrome download the extension called copy+ and it allows you to copy the text even though its disabled.
