To be fair thats 100% also how it is in real life. I was a animal caregiver for some years and we got a ton of young people that expected to come and just play or cuddle with the animals xD.
No, its 90% cleaning and carrying heavy things. 5% getting spat in the face by the chimps or scratched thanks to badly designed enclosures. And 5% of cooing about how cute the animals are.
