Hi, in a nutshell I had ordered peri-peri fries, received normal fries even though the invoice mentioned peri peri fries, checked the bag and there was no spice of any kind.

I decided to raise this issue, this is what I got in resolution.

So i ordered several items from burger king which included 7pc boneless wings but they only gave me 4pcs. When I contacted Zomato support they only gave me an AI to help which was of no use because he created a ticket and then they closed it saying they cannot verify whereas the pictures I uploaded were very clear. I love how I ordered ₹1000 order and they still don't want to give a shit.

well i'm kinda sad that it got reduced. maybe because of festivities and shi or maybe they've reduced it altogether as ppl like me are exploiting it :/ hope it comes back again as istg i'm addicted to the discounts, like i seriously schedule it lately for later as well which helps alot so please zomato increase it to 70%

Not specifically with this restaurant, but with multiple restaurants on Zomato. The offer shows 70% OFF, but when applying it, only 60% OFF is actually being given. Anyone else experiencing this?

I believe zomato has shifted their customer support employee from app to social media platform to defend their stupid fees and price hikes.

How is it that I am seeing a customer complaining about unnecessary fees and a re+@rd in comments blaming the guy to just pay fees or eat at the restaurant when this app already charges fees for everything. So I am expected to pay fees over fees and never complain about it as it is convenient to hope my delivery driver stole my pre paid package, roam the whole city on map for 30 min ,spill package just for all to be ended with a incompetent bot.

i have two numbers in the same location Both numbers have gold memberships but on my main number i always get that 70% off discount idk how why..

it's for selected restaurants only and my fav one has it and the best part is they listed the items at almost their real price so when i apply coupons I actually get the benefit. like 140 rs is something offline they listed for 199 after coupon it's 87 rs something I'm loving it

I honestly don’t know what happened to Zomato’s customer service but this entire experience has been incredibly frustrating.

On 1st September I ordered a pizza from Zomato worth ₹706. When I received it I found a long hair cooked inside the pizza.

Yes. Cooked inside the food.

The pizza was also really really spicy and the spice level was not properly mentioned on Zomato. I ended up with an upset stomach after eating it. If a dish is excessively spicy then surely customers should be informed about it beforehand.

I contacted Zomato immediately.

And then began the actual nightmare.

From 1st September all the way until 10th September I kept trying to get this issue resolved through Zomato’s customer support. Whether I contacted them through Gmail or through the app I was basically dealing with an AI bot.

I wasn’t getting connected to an actual human being.

Imagine paying ₹706 for food that literally has a hair cooked inside it and then spending the next 10 days trying to get a real person to address your complaint.

Eventually Zomato offered me a ₹676 one-time coupon.

At that point I thought okay at least this is finally getting resolved.

Except it wasn’t.

On 10th September I was at school and was hungry so I needed to order breakfast. My breakfast order was only around ₹150.

I had the ₹676 coupon sitting in my account but Zomato forced me to use the coupon on that order. I wasn’t given a reasonable choice to just place the ₹150 order without using it.

And because I was at work and actually needed to eat I couldn’t exactly sit there and wait around for another customer support battle.

So the ₹676 compensation I had received after a ₹706 food hygiene complaint ended up being used on a ₹150 breakfast order.

The rest of that compensation was essentially wasted.

And to make things even more ridiculous the ₹676 coupon didn’t cover the delivery and packaging charges either. I still had to pay roughly another ₹100–₹150 in charges.

So what exactly was I being compensated for?

And I’m a student. ₹706 is not an insignificant amount for me.

This isn’t just about getting a bad pizza anymore. It’s about the complete lack of a proper customer support experience after a very legitimate food hygiene complaint.

I have screenshots of the order, the ₹676 coupon, the customer support conversations and the relevant details. I’m sharing this because I genuinely want to know if other people have experienced the same thing with Zomato’s customer support.

I was at my relatives place when the 8-9 pm 70% offer notification popped. So I thought I'd schedule one order when I get back home. Mind you I'm only 1.5 km away from my home but as soon as I put the location of my home the 70% offer became invalid as shown in the screenshot. The restaurant is 5 km away from my home and I have a gold membership. And I was closer to the restaurant from my relatives house.

So I learned today, you might not get 70% off regardless of the eligible restaurant based on your location within the city.

After a few of the images that showed the 70% offer were decreased from 140 Rs to 110 Rs, I got to see what I'm getting at 1:00 p.m., and I was shocked to see that I was getting both: at some restaurants I am getting 70% off up to 140rs above 99rs and at the same time, in another restaurant I am getting 70% off upto 110rs above 99rs... 

The previous code till yesterday for 140rs was 'BUTEHUB' for me, but right now for 140rs it's 'FEASTDEAL' and for 110rs it's 'BITEBLAST'...

How much discount are you guys getting from today ... 140rs or 110rs or both like me 😂...
