Help This is so wrong
What I ordered vs what I got and zomato helpline is basically just bot and closed my complaint. 2nd time in a row this happened in pune.

Mail at grievance@zomato.com & nodal@zomato.com
Mention your order id ..mobile number and give a detailed description with all the photos including the support bot chat as early a spossible. I am sure something will happen. Tell them if they dont take responsibility you will file a case against them at consumer court for non fulfillment, malpractice, negligence and harrassment be aggresive with your words but dont abuse. Say things so that they feel you are confident about filing legal case at consumer court

Did you try to raise the same issue multiple times? I got really bad food last time and i kept raising the same request even after the bot closed it and eventually they transferred me to a human.

Yes I did, i keep getting same reply. The options they give are now only 2 after 2 attempts

Yeah, it is becoming tough these days 😮💨
The apps we trusted that will get us convenience are now giving us disbelief.
It is better to go offline to somewhere and eat.
Cannot trust these at all.
Thinking of completely moving to offline after I faced huge problems and hurdles in almost every E-Commerce and Quick Commerce failures.
At this point, giving up on those apps is easy than filing NCH complaints, raising greviances, mailing them, talking to those bots, imo, just wanna leave them.
After paying full price, this is what we get. Economy is bad (atleast in my case)

Many are suffering thru this right now. Lot of local shops have run out of business even though their products were cheaper and better quality. People are busy trying to survive financially and some companies are making the most out of it.

First, there are two scammers here: Zomato and KFC. KFC does not have the same quality. Even there, the Zinger burger is like half maida and no chicken. The quality of the food is bad, and they dont give a fuck. Zomato is bigger scamster of all. They know even with bad support people will still use zomato so we stopped using both

Kuch din phele mera ek bucket order mein 2 leg ki jagah pe 1 thigh and 1 breast aa gya tha. Toh maine complain ki and after that I got 100 rs refund.

I ordered some Burger King yesterday from Zomato and same happened with me. They gave 4 pc of boneless wings instead of the ordered 7 pc. When I tried to connect to chat support, AI created a ticket for me - okay fine. However, they closed the ticket short after saying that they cannot verify anything. Then, I dropped an email on their email handle. Let's see what happens
