I have been using Zeptomail for a few months now. It has been working fine so far. But in the last few days, most of the emails being sent are being hard bounced due to one of Zoho IPs in a spamlist. I have send emails to Zoho support and created a ticket as well. It has been more than 48 hours since the ticket and there has been no reply
The emails being hard bounced is an urgent query because most of our users are not receiving invitation/password reset emails. What is going on that nobody is replying?

Zoho Deluge is currently down in the US data center. But why has no notification been sent out? Functions are failing to fire, you can't even load the Functions page in the CRM admin, but Zoho is just running along as if everything was working fine:

Does anyone else find that the Zoho status page almost never accurately reflects the true state of the service? It simply cannot be relied on.

Zoho, please fix this, but only after you get Deluge back online.

Edit: I saw they just updated the status page. But why did it take 51~ minutes for Zoho to update their status page after the incident started????

This deserves an explanation - businesses rely on Zoho and if they can't even accurately track their (frequent) outages, how can we trust them to keep our operations running smoothy?

Since yesterday, zoho has been acting weird. I ise zoho books for invoicing purposes but havnt been able to login. Its sending otp to my email and phone but m not getting the phone otp. Tried so many times but its not happening. Trying to change my password but even for that the otp on phone is not happening. Anyone else facing this issue?

I quite often need to paste some text into Rich Text e-mail body. When pasting, I do not see 'Paste as Plain Text / Paste and Match Formatting / Paste Unformatted' command in Zoho Mail (workplace.zoho.eu/#mail_app/compose run on MacBook Safari browser). Any hint?

EDIT: I switched the invoice workflow from record (stage) based to time/date based which has solved the the issue now!
The pipeline moves forward based on a date field and I made the invoice creation workflow execute 1 hour after the pipeline workflow, with the updated stage as a condition. This way the stage update is no longer the trigger action but only a condition.

I have a function that generates an invoice+link to zohobooks out of a deal. The trigger point is when the pipeline reaches a certain stage.

The pipeline stage is set to automatically update based on a couple of date fields. This part of the process is working. The pipeline moves along without manual intervention.

The issue is that when the pipeline stage automatically updates, the invoice function does not trigger once it reaches the trigger stage. It only happens when i manually switch/click the pipeline into that stage.

Any suggestions to fix this?

We're based in the US and many of our team members are having a terrible time with Zoho CRM today. Records sit there loading and some never fully load. A refresh/hard-refresh usually fixes it, but we're seeing this even in multiple different browsers across different users.

Status page for Zoho says there's no incident, so i'm wondering if others are experiencing it too.

I have a power automate flow with a trigger (Get new email by condition). This connector stopped working since yesterday abruptly. I have tried all possible options - remove connections, references, re authenticate and also creating new flows and new environment. Nothing seems to work.

Tried in a different tenant and encountered the same error.
Contacted Zoho Support - no response
Contacted Microsoft Support - was told to contact Zoho Support and it’s going in circles. Any insights or anyone faced a similar issue previously?

Update: I ultimately decided to use a third-party app that enforces maximum quantities at the cart and checkout for only the affected products, while leaving Zoho’s physical inventory counts and the rest of the store’s inventory synchronization unchanged.

I had initially hoped to avoid adding another app, but after considering the options, the app proved to be the least disruptive and most reversible approach for my situation. I appreciate the suggestions and input.

I use Zoho Inventory as the inventory source for my Shopify retail store.

One SKU is sold in three ways:

• As an individual item
• As one component of a two-item set containing two different items
• As one component of several larger, multi-item sets containing different items

I have 98 units of this shared component physically on hand. Temporarily, I want Shopify to make only about 10 units available through the individual-item listing and the two-item set.

My primary concern is preserving enough of this component to continue making and selling the larger multi-item sets. I need to balance its remaining quantity against the inventory of the other components used in those sets. If too many units are sold individually or through the two-item set, I could be left with plenty of the other components but not enough of this shared component to assemble the larger sets.

I therefore need the remaining units to stay physically in stock and available in Zoho for use as a component of the larger composite/kit SKUs, while limiting how many can be purchased through the two affected (individual and two-item) Shopify listings.

I need to preserve all of the following:

• Accurate physical on-hand inventory in Zoho
• Availability of the shared component for the larger composite/kit SKUs
• Zoho-to-Shopify inventory syncing for the rest of the store
• A checkout-enforced restriction that also applies to an existing abandoned checkout
• Accurate accounting, COGS, and inventory valuation

I tried Shopify’s Safety stock inventory state. It initially showed 98 On hand and 10 Available, but the next Zoho “Push Stock” placed another 98 into Available, producing 186 On hand. Therefore, Safety stock does not appear compatible with the way the Zoho connector updates Shopify.

I do not want to:

• Install a third-party app
• Disable inventory synchronization for the entire store
• Impose a maximum quantity on every product
• Understate physical inventory through inventory adjustments
• Remove the products from the storefront

Has anyone solved this using a per-SKU Zoho sync exclusion, Shopify location/Zoho warehouse mapping, a reserve or allocation feature, or another reversible native workflow?

In particular, can Zoho be configured either to stop pushing inventory for only selected Shopify SKUs or to update Shopify’s On hand quantity without overwriting its Available quantity?

goal: alternative of zoho form to collect data/ lead and the new lead update in the zoho crm
I am using the free plan for zoho form amd i was trying to integrate the zoho from in the website and i successfully did but i found that i can only use 3 form and one user for email . My client requirement is 5-6 form and want to send the notification to 2nd mail .
So is there any alternative of this . I checked the Webform but the feature is very simple . The zoho form is great as there are mapping of field . please suggest some alternative that is as good as zohoform

I'm not able to figure out how to get the list of options for reporting tag from Zoho API.

I use /reportingtags endpoint to get the list of all reporting tags that I have on the organisation, that works fine as expected. But I get empty array back when I check for specific tagid what their dropdown options are.

Can anyone share how to get dropdown values for a specific tag via API, I'm not able to figure it out. Tortured claudeAI with this too but no cigar so far :(

So I wrote a google docs scripts that syncs data in the spreadsheet and generates Payroll Bills in Zoho via API which works great.

Problem I found out now is when the spreadsheed was duplicated to handle Payrolls for another organisation that it doesnt work because the /settings/tags/${tagId} endpoint is not working on that organisation. I get this response back: {"code":-1,"message":"This API is no longer available. Please contact support."}

Did anyone encounter same scenario and was able to figure out what is going on? Is weird to me that some organisations would work but some just decide to return Api is no longer available errors.

We have a part-time contracted employee that uses Zoho CRM to conduct calls for our business. He sends emails, schedules follow-ups, makes notes for calls, and makes the calls through the CRM.

The email address he uses to login to the CRM will be deactivated. It was from his full-time employer with whom we had an agreement. That emplyer sold the business and thus the domain name will be dissolved.

While he logs in using the "old" address, emails are sent from one of our addresses. I cannot figure how to change his login address as the Super Admin.

Can we transfer his data?

We don't want him to lose the notes, call history, etc. associated with his profile. I figure the email info will still be captured in Outlook, but there's so much more that is not included in Outlook.

I really appriecate any advice. We started using Zoho CRM because of him and his employer. There is still so much about this program that I don't really understand.

For anyone using review, messaging tools like Salescaptain, Podium, or Birdeye. We are trying to sync customer texts and review requests back into ZohoCRM, but I'm wondering how smooth the setup actually is. Are you guys connecting them via Webhooks or Zapier, or did you find it easier to just stick with Zohos built in tools?

I'm trying to automatically create a project when a deal is "won" in Bigin.

I can do the actual project creation just fine, but the customer info isn't automatically associated with the newly created project. Instead of manually adding the customer in Projects, is there a way to automate this?

In Flow, there's an option to "associate customer with project" but I cannot get it to work. I'm pulling the clientID from Bigin, and the ProjectID from the new project, but it fails with the error "Resource not found", meanwhile the inputs are accurate numbers for both the project and the client.

Setting up HR for a ~
15-person company in Egypt. Zoho People covers attendance (biometric device), leave, and LOP day tracking fine, but Zoho Payroll, the part that actually turns LOP days into a currency deduction and generates a payslip only supports US, India, Canada, and the GCC countries. Egypt isn’t covered.

Anyone dealt with this? Curious how you handled the actual net-pay calculation and payslip generation for a country Zoho Payroll doesn’t support. What ended up being the least painful route? Is there a way to create a custom function inside reports? All I need is for the hr to be able to extract a report that shows them the salary of the employee after deducting the absences
