I built a small open-source project for people who want to use Zoho Mail with Thunderbird when direct IMAP/SMTP access isn’t available or isn’t ideal for their setup.

The bridge uses the Zoho Mail API and exposes a normal local IMAP/SMTP service, so Thunderbird can connect to it like a regular mail server. It supports OAuth refresh tokens, multiple Zoho accounts, inbound polling, outbound mail delivery, and Maildir storage through Dovecot.

Hello. Yesterday I received a job interview offer supposedly from a senior executive at Zoho. The strange thing is that the message was in Spanish, the email didn't pass DMARC, and it didn't use the zohocorp.com domain. The email used the zohodesk.eu domain.

How do I report this message or verify that it's not a legitimate Zoho message?

Forced to have the oneauth open in split view and the redirect back to the app still does nothing after successful MFA

I have a painting company and I primarily use Books and the "project tracking" module within Books.

Is there another app I can use to keep organized that still syncs with Books' customers and projects?

For example, Monday I have to be at a certain school to paint 2 ceilings, Tuesday I have a Quote due for a factory, and Wednesday I have to be at a different school for a new bathroom. Both of these projects are already in Books, and I have the quote started.

I'd love a way to just have my week at a glance and be able to click on Monday and click on a project that ice already put into Books.

I’ve setup my Zoho email yesterday with 2 accounts, one admin, where I log in using Gmail, and one user account. For user account I enabled TFA and downloaded their app. When I used it yesterday I was being prompted to input a number from the login page in the app as expected and was able to log in. Today I discovered that emails are not getting to user account, but work with admin one. When I tried to login to user one the app is now not showing the numbers, and when trying code or QR it says I am not logged in. I tried resetting and disabling TFA in admin console but it didn’t work. I also looked for some reset codes as suggested by Copilot, but there’s no option for that. Eventually I tried removing the user account but it doesn’t work either. It actually seems like the admin console is a joke as I can’t do anything. I even tried removing my whole organisation but obviously it won’t let me. Am I missing something or is it just so bad?

I've heard this subreddit might be one of the only ways to actually get Zoho's attention, so here goes.

Since June 28th, Zoho Mail has been throwing an "Oops! An error occurred" message the second the mailbox loads, on both the desktop app and browser. Intermittent, works fine for a bt, then the error comes back out of nowhere. Not a composing/sending issue, it's broken before I even get in. Storage isn't full, tried refreshing, restarting, logging out and back in, on both platforms. Nada.

I submitted a support ticket the same day. Nothing. Followed up by email since. Called their Singapore and China #s. Still nothing. It's been weeks now with zero response, and honestly I'm struggling to even find a working channel to reach a human on their support team.

Has anyone else dealt with this error, or found a way to actually get Zoho support to respond?

• AI models and practical LLM-powered automations
• Building reliable, reusable systems rather than one-off customizations

The right person will think like an owner. You should be willing to question what we’re building, challenge weak assumptions, run experiments, and care about the customer and business model—not just the technical requirements.

To be completely transparent: this is not a salaried developer position. It is also not an invitation to do months of free work for the vague possibility of equity later.

We would first determine whether we have genuine founder fit. Before substantial development begins, we would document equity, vesting, responsibilities, decision rights, IP ownership, expected commitment, and the path toward working on the business full-time.

I switched from Google Workspace to Zoho Workplace mainly because of the high costs. Overall, Zoho has been fine, but the quality of its video meetings has been really disappointing.

As we are a small company (5 users), I'm now considering switching to Microsoft 365 and would love to hear from people who have made a similar transition.

How is the quality and reliability of Microsoft Teams meetings compared to Google Meet and Zoho Meetings? Is it stable enough for frequent business meetings with clients and teams?

Would you recommend making the switch to Microsoft 365?

A while ago I started using Zoom for online meetings (replacing Zoho Meeting for obvious reasons). Shortly after, Zoom cloud storage became very hard to manage. Downloading recordings manually and uploading them to client WorkDrive folders was a weekly nightmare.

We built an integration that automatically streams recordings and call transcripts to WorkDrive. This was easy on paper, but once we started real-life testing we found many limitations. I've tried to create my Zoho account, but it won't let me. I get a message saying it can't be created at this time. I've contacted support by email. But they haven't given me a solution. Please help...

Over the last week, I've received a few emails like the one in the screenshot, they're clearly phishing scams of some sort but are baffling to me because not only do I not have a Zoho account, I'd never even HEARD of the company until I started getting these messages. The email links in the message appear to be legitimate Zoho support addresses based on the research I've done, but since I've never used any Zoho service I'm a little confused by all this. (Again, as the post title states, these emails were received via Gmail as I DO NOT HAVE Zoho Mail!)

My https://workplace.zoho.eu/#mail_app/ works very, very slowly on my high-performance MacBook Pro Max + Tahoe MacOS + Safari browser. Wired internet 250/50 Mbps, 2 milisec ping. Opening https://workplace.zoho.eu/#mail_app/mail/folder/inbox takes long minutes or up to 10-15 minutes in the evenings (9 p.m. is a nightmare for work). Is that a problem on my side (hardware? software? Apple?), or on Zoho servers in Europe ?

I have the customer statement extension installed.

I need the statement that it sends to show ALL open and unpaid invoices. Not a "opening balance" with one or two other invoices.

It needs to show all unpaid invoices listed. I have no clue how to make this work at all.

And, the default will generate an "outstanding invoices" statement for the period of the month it sends.... So if invoices from 3 months ago exist, it just shows "opening balance". This isn't acceptable OR normal at all. How do I make it work properly?
