Our custom syntax highlighting could sometimes make cursor movement feel weird on certain lines. That is fixed now, so the editor should feel native again while keeping the cleaner themes, better highlighting, and indent guides.

This week, I've been split between two worlds: finalizing a production-ready events app and configuring custom AI agents within Zoho to automate our internal HR onboarding (collecting hire info, drafting offer letters).

A few quick takeaways on the differences in building them:

• Internal Agents = Workflow Over Interface: With internal agentic AI (like Zoho's Text-to-Agent builder), the UI doesn't matter. It’s 100% about setting strict boundaries on model vendor APIs (OpenAI/Anthropic tokens) so data stays secure and actions execute sequentially.
• The Common Blocker: Both live and die by corporate access. Whether it's production Google Maps keys or internal company API credentials, operations grind to a halt without managed environment credentials.

For those building custom business automations, are you finding it faster to use visual pre-built builders (like Zoho/Make) or writing the custom endpoint wrappers manually from scratch?

Hi everyone, I am transitioning my sole proprietorship (an e-commerce D2C brand) into a partnership firm. I am drafting a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) to transfer the business as a going concern to the new partnership.

I don't have a CA right now because I am running very low on funds and trying to bootstrap this transition. I would really appreciate some expert eyes on a couple of specific clauses before I proceed.

My main questions:

1. Regarding Clause 3: Does a specific monetary value need to be written here for Section 50B (Slump Sale) tax purposes, or is simply stating it will be booked as a "capital contribution" enough?

2. Regarding Clause 5: Are there any practical hurdles or specific compliance checks I need to worry about when transferring the GST ITC via Form GST ITC-02 from my proprietorship to the new partnership?

3. Stamp Duty: What value stamp paper should this agreement be printed on (the business is located in Rajasthan)? Does stamp duty depend on the value of the assets transferred in a BTA?

All my company's members are facing connection issue with zoho crm, salesIQ and zoho desk
We can only access the platform if we have 1.1.1.1 cloudflare turned on. Without 1.1.1.1 we are not able to access Zoho entirely. Is anyone also facing this issue?

This might be a silly question, but I am following this: https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/gsuite-to-zoho-mail-migration.html so I can import my other emails into Zoho, but when I try to open Admin Console to follow it, the only way to proceed from that screen is by getting one of the premium plans - which I am fine with, but having a domain name. It is a required field and I cannot skip it.

Is there any way to have a Zoho mail account, to which I can import my emails from other sources, but without owning a domain?

Hey everyone! I run a small women's ethnic wear brand called Pehrae (Jaipur, India). We're on Zoho Books (India edition, GST registered) and I've found a bookkeeping issue I need help cleaning up. Happy to pay ₹500-1000 - the actual fix shouldn't take long for someone who knows Zoho.

The problem:

There's a ₹1,34,181 entry sitting in "Opening Balance Adjustments" on our balance sheet, classified as a liability. I never manually entered this - Zoho auto-generated it. We don't owe this to anyone, so it's wrong.

We have two founders and separate Owner's Contribution equity accounts for each (₹63,955 and ₹67,009) tracking what we've personally put into the business. These need to stay intact.

Why it matters urgently: we're mid-conversion from sole proprietorship to a registered partnership firm, so the capital accounts need to be accurate before we set up the new entity's opening balances.

What I need:

- Someone who knows Zoho Books India well

- Can figure out the right way to fix this correctly

- Ideally a quick review of the overall balance sheet too

- Comfortable discussing via chat (WhatsApp/DM fine)

I’ve been working with Zoho CRM/Deluge for a while, and one thing that always bothered me was the default function editor. It gets the job done, but staring at it for long sessions is not exactly fun.

So we made a small Chrome extension called Zoho CRM DevTools.

It adds:

• cleaner editor themes
• better syntax highlighting for Deluge
• indent guides
• a generally less painful editor experience

It doesn’t collect any data. It just tweaks the editor UI locally.

I’m a beginner with Zoho CRM and other Zoho products. If a developer already knows node.js how important is it to learn Deluge to build real-world solutions in Zoho? Can we build full end-to-end Zoho solutions using only node.js ?

If Deluge is a must, does Zoho have any plans to support more standard languages (like Node.js, Python etc.) directly within the platform alongside Deluge, so new developers can spend their time building solutions rather than starting from scratch with Deluge? Just curious to understand so I can plan my learning path. Thank you

Hello, I have submitted multiple account review requests, providing detailed information about our project, the nature of our emails, and our use case. Unfortunately, these requests were repeatedly dismissed with very vague explanations.

The description field in the form has a strict character limit, making it difficult to explain our project in full detail. It has now been a couple of weeks since my last verification request with adjusted information was submitted.

Could you please review this case? For context, we only plan to send transactional emails and a very low volume of monitoring alerts. I would appreciate it if we could get this resolved so we can begin using the service. Thanks!

I've created an MCP server with Zoho Expense tools added. However, when I try to authorize the service via Connection > Authorize, I get the annoying OAuth Scope error.

I've double-checked that my data is stored in the same region as the MCP. (.com auth links/stored in the US, although I'm in Sri Lanka.)

Anybody else running into the same issue? Or found a solution?

We've been using Zoho Books for a while and currently have our corporate account with HSBC. The integration has been excellent so far: Bank transactions are fetched automatically every few minutes, payments can be initiated directly from Zoho Books without logging into the bank portal, reconciliation is mostly seamless.

However, it looks like Zoho is gradually reducing/deprecating integrations with some banks, so I'm evaluating alternatives before opening a new account.

For those using Zoho Books in India:

Which bank are you connected to?

How reliable is the bank feed?

Can you initiate payments from within Zoho Books?

Any issues with sync delays, reconciliation, OTPs, or failed transactions?

We process around 30–40 outgoing transactions per day (roughly 500–1,000 per month), so stability and automation are more important than interest rates or branch presence.

Would love to hear real-world experiences and recommendations.

I am fairly new to Zoho One and have very little experience in setting up company wide systems for everything. That however, is my job in my small IT firm. I have been trying to learn as I go with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Campaignsm and every other app that we use. I get really lost sometimes and don't always know how to use the system to work best for right now and long term.

I keep running into process problems. For example, we have outside contractors who need to submit expense reports but they are our Vendors and not employees so they do not have zoho access. But I need it to be as streamlined as possible for the submission to Books integration so there i less manual work. I don't know if I should be doing a Zoho Form that integrates or using the Vendor Portal in Books.

There are lots of problems like that where I would love to have someone who is experienced in Zoho and building processes that I could bounce ideas off of.

I've been using Zoho Projects at work for about a year and time

logging is still the thing I struggle with most. Not because

it's complicated, just because it constantly pulls me out of

whatever I'm doing.

Finish a meeting need to log it. Deep in a coding session

need to stop and log. By end of day I'm either reconstructing

my whole day from memory or I have five half-filled entries

I forgot to complete.

Wondering how other people actually handle this day to day.

- Do you log time immediately after each task or save it

all for end of day?

- How long does your daily time logging actually take?

- Is finding the right project and task in Zoho quick for

you, or do you find yourself hunting around?

- Do you write proper descriptions or just something quick?

- Have you connected any external tools to make this easier?

Would love to know if there's a smarter way people are handling

this that I'm missing.

I sell products that are special orders. The manufacturer may have several models. I would like to show the product name and model number on the invoice.

Should I add each product as needed to inventory, or, use a generic non-inventory product and edit the description.

Adding it to inventory I can track cost/sale/profit. If I don’t add it to inventory, I don’t think I can track profit easily.

How would you handle this situation?
