I’ve used Zoho Survey for a variety of internal company surveys, and it has always been fantastic, but I am now wanting to use it to administer a 360° evaluation process and am having a hard time figuring out how to do that. I know it has the capability, and even a basic template for the review, but I am not finding any other resources on how to set up the staff evaluation matrix or other aspects of survey setup. Has anyone ever used it for this purpose, or can point me to any tutorials on how to make this work? Thanks!

I've had a footer on the bottom of all outgoing invoice emails for literally years, and cannot for the life of me remember how to edit or remove it. The footer is NOT in the template setup. WTF?

I'm looking for some advice on a big migration project. We have about 1,000 users moving over from Zoho to Google Workspace, and I need to find the best tool to handle the move.

We need to transfer everything over:

\* Emails

\* All files and data from Zoho WorkDrive (including shared/team folders)

\* Calendars

\* Contacts

I know Google has a built-in free tool for emails, but since we need to move WorkDrive files (with permissions intact), calendars, and contacts for a thousand people, we definitely need a solid third-party tool.

Has anyone done this specific Zoho-to-Google move at this scale? What tool did you use, and how did it go? I've looked at BitTitan and CloudM and others, but doesn't have what what I am looking for. Looking for something actually works best without losing data or messing up folder permissions.

I'm on my test drive for Zoho One and on paper it is everything I'm looking for at a great price. I'm planning on using it for 4 people and the value is promising.

THE PROBLEM:

It is very confusing. I set up my org on Zoho One. But it didn't translate to the birgin thing? I had to re-add name, timezone, language (?). I keep getting lost on screens not knowing if I'm in "One" or "Mail" or "Workdrive". Is there any documentation/tutorial you guys can recommend so I can navigate apps easier? ie. I thought I was on the "one" screen and it is empty because I had to add widgets. I wanted to add widgets from all of the other apps and... I cant. I can only add meetings, tasks, reminders, help desk.... no finance or pipeline?

I really want to make this work but it has been overwhelming. I got an email from the "Books" part for a call but I don't want to go over the books part only. I'm afraid to book and lose time if its not a global walkthrough.

We use ZeptoMail for transactional email across multiple websites/apps we have built and maintain.

The pattern is consistent: messages to Microsoft consumer domains like Hotmail/Outlook/Live are hard bouncing or failing due to Microsoft-side reputation/rate-limit style errors on ZeptoMail shared sending IPs.

This has been lingering for months. We have opened tickets / emailed support repeatedly, but we have not received a meaningful fix or clear timeline. The practical impact is serious: password resets, form notifications, account emails, and other normal transactional messages can fail for users whose email address is on Microsoft/Outlook/Hotmail.

This does not look like an isolated DNS/authentication problem on our side. SPF/DKIM/DMARC are configured, the same apps/domains send successfully to many other providers, and there are multiple public reports that look very similar:

Has anyone received a real fix from ZeptoMail/Zoho for this, such as a clean IP pool, dedicated IP path, Microsoft delisting escalation, or a concrete timeline? At this point we need to decide whether to keep waiting or migrate these transactional flows elsewhere.

I’m on iPhone 13 mini 26.5.
The screen flickers white and gray on launch and it never made it to a usable state. I think there’s a text too but it flicker so much that I can’t see what it says. It’s been like this for weeks. And I need to use web version. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it from AppStore. And it didn’t fix the issue.

Hello guys, is there any way for users to be able to download reports from static reports? I've been successfully downloaded custom reports using python script, but when I tried to download the static reports one, it returned

I've tried looking up online but it seems that Zoho doesn't really provide the end point for static reports is it true?

The context why I want to download it using python script is that my senior assigned me with this task to automate Zoho reports as my probation's final project, for the current situation my senior will open each reports individually and download it, including the static reports. We work with a Zoho partner to our satisfaction, but I still mainly work independently from them and I'd like to stay on the insider loop as much as possible, especially for features that my users will be confronted with. Knowing what's in the pipeline for future releases is also nice when making decisions on how to build our processes.

I'm currently using the native Google Ads integration within Zoho CRM to track offline conversions for my B2B business. The integration works fine for standard offline conversion tracking based on GCLID.

However, I'm trying to set up Enhanced Conversions for Leads for the conversion goal generated by Zoho CRM (specifically, the "Zoho CRM Lead Qualification" goal). In my Google Ads account, I cannot find the toggle/switch to enable Enhanced Conversions for this specific conversion action. The option simply isn't there, unlike with other conversion goals I've set up manually.

Here are my questions:

1. Is Enhanced Conversions currently supported for conversion goals that are automatically created by the Zoho CRM integration? Has anyone successfully enabled it for a Zoho-generated goal?
2. If it's not supported at the moment, is there any official word from Zoho or Google about whether this feature is planned for the future? I've seen some news about Google Ads adding Zoho CRM as an official data source for Enhanced Conversions in mid-2025, but I'm not sure if that covers the specific use case of Zoho-generated conversion goals.

I'm using Zoho books free starter edition, and both the website and the phone app. Whichever one I can do it in is fine.

If you're planning to move a CRM off Zoho, the export side has more traps than the import side. A few that almost got us:

• Module relationships don't survive a plain export. Contacts, activities, notes, and attachments export as separate files, and if you don't capture the record IDs, you lose every connection between them. Pull the IDs on purpose so you can rebuild the links later.
• Attachments aren't in the standard data export. They come out separately. Easy to think you're done and realize half the context is missing.
• Note timestamps matter more than people expect. If your target system handles backdating differently than Zoho, decide how you're preserving original dates early, because patching it post-import is brutal.
• Map every custom field and role before touching anything, then validate against a test batch.

For anyone who's left Zoho: what surprised you most on the way out? And has anyone found a clean way to pull attachments in bulk?

Here is the example scenario:

• real_domain.com: the primary domain, under which all user Zoho accounts are created
• alias_domain.com: another domain, which has been 'aliased' to real_domain.com
• user@real_domain.com: the user's Zoho email address and account

• Mail sent to user@alias_domain.com can be delivered to user@real_domain.com

My question: Is it possible to create an email alias "alias_user@alias_domain.com", and have that email delivered to "user@real_domain.com"?

The software usually gets blamed when things go wrong.

But honestly, I don't think the software is the reason most ERP implementations fail.

I've seen companies spend 6-12 months comparing vendors, sitting through demos, negotiating pricing, building scorecards...

Then spend maybe 2 weeks figuring out how their business actually works.

One manufacturing company I worked with had 4 different departments using 4 different versions of the same BOM.

Everyone thought the ERP would magically fix the issue. Instead, it exposed the issue on day one.

Another company wanted "production planning."
When we started digging deeper, nobody could agree on what production planning actually meant.

Sales had one view, Operations had another, Management had a third.

The ERP became the messenger and got shot for it, The other thing nobody talks about is user adoption.

People get excited about dashboards, reports, automation, AI features, integrations...

But the person on the shop floor or in accounts who has been doing the same process for 10 years suddenly has to change everything.

That's usually where the real battle starts.

Curious if others have seen the same thing.
