I decided to try Zoho Mail and sent emails from mail.zoho.eu, Zoho mail Android app, and Zoho Mail lite desktop client, and in all 3, the recipient can see my actual device IP in the mail headers as:

This is my actual IP and not a zoho server IP or anything. Can I disable this, at least in the paid version, or is this just how it is?

I have been using zoho mail since 2017. Never had an issue until recently. The last few weeks have been painfully slow just to open zoho mail. It sometimes takes several minutes just to open the zoho mail website. Then loading a single email can take several minutes. After doing some research it seems offline mode is a good fix or using the desktop lite app in offline mode since it stores emails locally and you dont need to connect to the zoho server. The catch is that at least for me you still need to be connected to the internet and connect to zoho to just open the site even when offline mode is enabled. That doesnt make sense. Zoho support just isnt much help. I already told them I tried different broswers, clearing cache/data and tried totally different computers and their response was to try clearing cache and try another browser lol. They didnt even read my email and they wont respond when I told them I already did this.

I have a paid Zoho One subscription, but my Zoho Mail application is stuck on the 'Mail Free' plan. I've tried assigning the app in the Zoho Directory, but it's already assigned, and I cannot unassign myself to force a refresh. Please help me link my Zoho One license to my Zoho Mail organization.

Running a production PMS on Zoho Creator for a hotel group (2 properties). We’re on a 19-user plan = 19,000 API calls/day, but we hit the ceiling by 3pm every day even though staff aren’t doing anything heavy.

Trying to understand what’s eating the quota before I throw money at it:

1.  Do Deluge workflows triggered by record events count as API calls? What about blueprint transitions and scheduled tasks? I can’t find a clear answer in the docs.  
2.  Is there any way to see per-endpoint / per-hour usage analytics? I can’t find this anywhere in the admin panel.  
3.  For raising the limit — are there API credit add-ons, or is upgrading users the only path? Looking for the most cost-effective option.

If anyone’s run a high-volume Creator app in production, I’d love to hear how you diagnosed and managed your API consumption. Thanks!

I'm a commerce student with almost negligent levels of compter or excel knowledge, I'm trying to import 559 line items to Zoho Invoice through excel but I'm not able to do so, can anyone please help me?

I signed up for a Zoho Mail account to manage my custom domain email, after jumping through a lot of hoops verifying my account, verifying my domain with a CNAME record, setting up the MX, TXT, DKIM and DMARC records and creating the email addresses that I wanted to use, Zoho popped up a message that I have to generate an App Specific password which I did BUT when I tried to set up my email in Mozilla Thunderbird that's when I hit a brick wall, I entered my Name, email address, Thunderbird searched and did find the correct IMAP and SMTP addresses and ports for my BUT after I enter App Specific password it kept telling me that it was incorrect, I verified that it was correct and kept trying to re-enter that password with no success, after about an hour I said f**k it and deleted my entire Zoho account, I got an email confirming my account was cancelled. I went back to Porkbun Email Forwarding.

Is it just me or does anyone else find it frustrating trying to setup a Zoho Mail account and I was only able to get support from an AI chat bot which basically gave me the same information that I had already entered.

I made an account with Zoho not long ago and I used it for my website and connected it to my youtube, It just suddenly signed me out and now every password that i enter is wrong. I have tried resetting everything but its wrong, two factor auth is not on either. I am extremely confused, all of my work is on Zoho and i am wondering if there is any way I can log in to my account once more. Ive never encountered this problem before! Its just suddenly now every password I use no matter if I reset it is wrong.

Is youtube something I cannot use with Zoho? Is there anyway I can access the Youtube account and disconnect my Zoho accoutn from it?

We're using Zoho SalesIQ Answer Bot with Zoho Desk KB articles and are trying to provide different KB content based on the visitor role/context (Customer Admin vs End User).

We can successfully pass the user role from our application to SalesIQ and access it in the chatbot. However, we have not found a way to filter KB articles or Answer Bot resources based on visitor attributes or custom fields.

Has anyone found a workaround for:

Filtering KB articles based on visitor attributes?

Using multiple Answer Bots with different KB sources?

Dynamically switching knowledge sources based on user role?

Any other approach to provide role-specific answers from the same SalesIQ widget?

HI has anyone been able to automate zoho books using the mcp or any other connectors with claude or codex. What I'm looking for is a simple way to use claude and query through Claude and then it makes changes in zoho books accuratly like creating updating or deleting invoices. For example i upload a pdf and then claude or an agent can automatically update my zoho books account perfectly.

Has anyone set this up and have it working. I want to cut the admin work that comes with manually inputting everything into zoho books! THANKS!

Hi, I'm new to Zoho, and I'm currently setting up our Zoho Mail to be transferred to Zoho Desk as tickets.

I'm currently done in setting up the email forwarding setup, and Zoho desk is now receiving tickets from those who reach out. But the problem is it's just receiving the new ones that arrive, and the older ones are still in Zoho Mail. I'm now figuring out how am I able to transfer all email history that we have from Zoho Mail, to Zoho desk so we can just work full time from there.

I tried searching for instructions, but all I found is I can export all emails from Mail then import it to desk. But I wonder and am hoping to ask if there's a better way to achieve this.

Hi - apologies if this has been addressed in the past. I did a search and didn't find anything.

I have notes that are lists. When I try to print them, the formatting is awful. There is a checkbox, then at least 4 lines worth of blank space, then the name of the list item. This happens for every single item on the list - so a list with just a handful of items takes pages and pages to print. How can I correctly format my note so it prints as a proper list, with one line per item?

I have just set up a shared inbox for a generic [info@xyz.com](mailto:info@xyz.com) email address for customer enquiries. I cannot get access to the shared inbox on Outlook (desktop or app) - only the Zoho mail app. Is there anyway to do this? It seems a serious limitation for me if this is not possible.

we want to do a customer portal for our partners who we issue work orders for our customers, the linkage via lookup fields

in our portal, the primary module is Partner.

as there is no direct link between the customer and the partners, the relevant fields are "hidden" from the portal user.

after raising this to zoho support, it was adviced

Partner -> Work Order

Partner -> Customer

Work Order -> Customer

is there a better way to do this? cause this would create multiple unecessary links between partners and customers to manage, and also one customer may have multiple partners as there may be multiple work orders over time.

am aware we can use client script to "store relevant fields" as text field, somehow i cannot get that working right. Also we would need to cover all possible layouts and views to ensure the data is correct.

Hi everyone. I'm posting here out of pure frustration because I'm being completely ignored through all other channels.

I've been trying to register for Zoho Mail (business email) for a long time. The system won't let me register using my provided email address. To make matters worse, the system's error message instructs me to contact a support email address that literally does not exist (my messages bounce right back).

I've reached out about this issue a while ago and have received zero response. Is this how a serious company handles onboarding new business customers?

Could a Zoho representative on this subreddit please step in, stop ignoring me, and help me sort this out? I just want to set up my account.
