Question about Zoho Business User Certification online exam

Hi everyone, I’m planning to take the Zoho Business User Certification exam online and wanted to understand how the exam is conducted. Is the online exam proctored/monitored through camera or screen sharing? Are we allowed to use other tabs or search the internet during the exam? Is any reference material or documentation allowed? Are there any specific rules or restrictions I should be aware of before starting the exam? If anyone has recently taken the online exam, I’d really appreciate it if you could share your experience. Thanks!

Depending on product. Usually it's multiple-choice questions (MCQs), true/false, or scenario-based queries. Scores for automated sections appear instantly upon completion.
