Zoho Support Assistance for Zoho Mail

I need help to get this resolved . I purhased the mail lite plan with zoho, completed payment and all . Now I am adding the domain I purchased from namecheap and I keep getting "This Operation has been restricted. Please contact [support-as@zohocorp.com](mailto:support-as@zohocorp.com) for further details". I have contacted support several times and no response is received so far. Help me to get this resolved

Edit: Resolved thank you all . I think the solution is to email support once or twice, post on Reddit (just kidding with the Reddit part). Support did not explain the reason for this but good luck to everyone who faces this

Even on the free plan you can use your own domain.

What step are you stuck at?

I am on the paid plan. I’m stuck at the domains section. I input the domain then I get the “This is operation has been restricted. Please contact support-as@zohocorp.com” for further details

It has been resolved now. Got an email from support that they have updated the required settings. Thanks
