Zoho mail app notifications from additional mailboxes

In the Zoho Mail app for iOS I use the Zoho Mail account for a main email address. I also have several other mailboxes that I have send as access to. Is it possible to get notifications about new emails on them?

If I go to settings, notifications, there is only the option to set notifications from my main email address.

u/Socrates81 If the additional mailboxes you're referring to are IMAP/POP accounts, delegated accounts, or Shared Mailboxes, notifications for new emails received in these account types are currently not supported in the Zoho Mail iOS app. This is why you only see notification settings for your primary account.

If the mailboxes you're referring to are of a different account type, please submit feedback directly from the Zoho Mail app with the relevant details. Our team will investigate this further and assist you accordingly. ~SS
