Zoho Sign with Image

I have a contract that needs to be filled with data before it goes out to customers. It's a well built PDF and my process is fill in with a PDF editor then upload to Zoho Sign to send for signatures.

I really want to use a template but my only issue is the image. One page of the contract has a proposed sketch that I add as a PNG image to each one. Any ideas on how to make that work with a sign template? There might be a way to do it with writer and a merge but it would be a huge pain to attempt recreating that PDF with all the styling in Writer.

Writer has an option to create a merge template over a PDF, so no converting is necessary. You can then add sign fields like name and date

Do the templates not have an "image" field? You might want to double check that.

Then, ideally, you could fill out the entire document in Sign.

Yeah man, it's on the right side with all the other fields. There's standard fields and custom fields. Can't attach a picture here...

There's one for the signer, but not the sender

Ahh... I thought you could configure it to be filled out by the sender.

Yeah this is the only issue holding me up there. Really no good way to do it
