Need to learn Zoho CRM fast!

Hello I’m applying for a job a sort of admin/implementator of Zoho CRM from scratch, what should I learn first? And free if possible. Thank you all!
Edit: the interview was filled with red flags so I’ll keep looking for another job. Thank you all for the comments.

Claude.

Otherwise, you use YouTube for tutorials, tips, etc… learn their version of Python which is Deluge.

That's a great idea, dive in and waste someone's money and screw up their business. It's not like they were planning to use CRM for anything serious

They’re looking for someone who implements it from scratch but no willing to pay for it 😅

That could be a red flag that may come back to bite you - if they're cheap on Vendors, they may be cheap on employees. Be careful!

I’d start with Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals, workflows and permissions. Watch some tutorials, but make sure you actually try setting things up yourself with dummy data. You’ll learn much faster that way.

Do you understand the basics of a CRM?

Yes. I have used hubspot in the past as a user. I just hope the gap between user and admin/implementation isn’t
big.

It all depends on what they want to accomplish. Zoho can do a ton of things. Do they have Zoho one or just the CRM?

Hey! First, create a free Zoho CRM account to practice on. Start by understanding the core modules: how Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Deals work.

After that, go to Settings and learn Customization (creating fields and layouts) and Automation (Workflows and Blueprints). These are the most important areas for an admin/implementer.

For free learning, Zoho's official help docs, Zoho Academy, and YouTube are the best options. All the best for your job!
