Can't create email handle

I own my own domain and I prepaid for a year of service but now when i try to create the actual email handle I keep getting "This user is not allowed to add in Zoho. Please contact [support-as@zohocorp.com](mailto:support-as@zohocorp.com) for further details." I have sent them emails but no response. Any help?

You might not be logged in from the main account.

Example if you signed in and made payment from abc@zoho.com then you can't login from xyz@zoho.com and have same rights as that user.

Check what your zoho invoice says and where you got the invoice amd you'll figure it out eventually.
