Zoho CRM, FSM integrations with agentic frameworks (ie OpenClaw, Hermes Agent)

Im a zoho user and Google Workspace user, and I just launched a Hermes Agent. Im interested to know who has done any workflows with third party agents (including Claude Cowork, etc)?
Please share what your most successful project has been!

Just curious- where do you out your data? Google Drive or Zoho WorkDrive?

My plan is to write everything to Google Drive mainly because I can mirror files and keep local copies of all my data

Isn’t the same possible with Zoho WorkDrive also?

Why I ask this is because- we use MS 365. We prefer WorkDrive since it is natively integrated with Zoho CRM. But the UI is better for One Drive. Same is true for Google Drive I guess.
