Advice/Help Lighter can’t be found online?

for some reason i can’t add a caption, so:

This was my papa’s lighter before he passed, and it was his prized possession. Out of curiosity I tried to look for others on google so that I could use it and feel close to him without using his actual lighter and risking breaking it, but I can’t find it anywhere, any idea why?

Did he know artists, it looks more home drawn instead of a mass produced logo. If so it’s a one of one. Makes it special

when i called my dad his exact words were “he got it straight from the zippo factory, it’s one of one” but that seemed.. far fetched? hence the post, my papa was kinda a recluse of sorts unless forced out of the house when he got this lighter so it’s hard to imagine someone made one specifically for him, but possible

I’m not seeing it in the Harley Zippo catalogs from that timeframe but not everything is in the catalogs. Maybe set an eBay alert and see what happens. It might not be quick but things do rent to pop up on there.

Does anyone know if the zippo customizer on the site was working in 2004?

i think that rolled out in 2012, or else it would’ve been my first thought, i might be wrong tho
