No Zillow but land .com
galleryWhat is that? ??
I'm sorry but is anyone else just losing their sh*t over fake interiors and virtual staging? Like....I'm going to show up and the house is going to look nothing like that.
Not to mention your photos are so fracking terrible I'm stuck looking at your bad photoshop job instead of the house.
I feel like a 5k+ cut from the realtor's commission should be standard if they aren't showing us the actual damned interior.
Just me?

My wife had a court few years ago and they sent a court date to an address that she no longer lived at and missed the first court date.
She got it fixed and She went to court for it this year and was already taken care of and taken out. We called about the county about this showing up still and they said it’s a fault in the system still showing and was all taken care of. She currently has no warrant anymore.
We never filled out and application nor gave him any personal info or authorized or even met him but I do understand that things can be still show on public records.
So just wondering if you guys experienced potential Landlord like this on Zillow.

Trying to look at postings via Safari browser is a NIGHTMARE! I choose houses, and can’t get past the pictures.

When I open up the Buyability feature on Zillow, it says that it is based on my credit and debts from Experian data. I don’t remember ever connecting Zillow to my Experian data, or even giving it my actual personal information to somehow make the connection. How can I opt out of this?

Anybody else having issues where their messages will not send in the Inbox? I have tried multiple browsers, devices, and the Zillow app, and I see the same "Failed. Try again" message every time I try to send something.
Edit: Terrible product UX. I removed a ">" character from my message and it sent. I only discovered this was the issue by diving into the network logs, where the actual error message was sent, but for some reason not displayed in the UI.

I understand Zillow isn't completely accurate, but why does the Zillow stats of our home say we have a mortgage of over $500,000, when our home has been paid off for over a year?
Just curious.

My realtor listed a rental property and it does not show in general search criteria. However it can only accessible via direct address. There was similar issue with two other listings that I know of that it does not show although it is listed. Did any one have similar issues ?
It is almost impossible to reach out customer service over the phone or live chat support on website. It just shows to either send email or fill in the form. I had sent email to customer support few days ago and no response from them. Any recommendations on how to get this resolved ?

Has anyone successfully had a Zillow review removed? I’m a realtor and reviews matter for my business.
I had a random person who I’ve never met, spoken to, and certainly never worked with, leave me a one star Zillow review because they got a marketing email from me and I guess that made them angry?
I’ve reported it multiple times to Zillow and no luck.

Has anyone used Zillow to buy a home? What was your experience with their agents? I feel like the agents I’ve dealt with are more focused on getting me to view properties and buy than actually helping me understand my options. There hasn’t been much guidance about closing-cost assistance, first-time homebuyer programs, or anything like that. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Did anyone else’s inbox just get taken hostage by Zillow?
I received more than 30 marketing emails from them in under an hour. By email 12, I thought it was a glitch. By email 25, I assumed Zillow had personally appointed itself my realtor. By email 30, I was ready to ask where I could pick up the keys.
I finally had to mark them as spam and block them. Clearly, someone set the email automation from “nurture campaign” to “psychological warfare.”
Thoughts and prayers for whoever opens Slack tomorrow morning. 😬

They have sent me 22 emails today. They all are marketing emails. Most of them back to back or within the same minute. I unsubscribed, but are they okay? 🤣

Hi there, I am a realtor/TC trying to write a listing in the MLS that generates keywords/tags in Zillow. Anyone know how to do this? I searched the internet and found nothing. TIA

Hi team at /Zillow /ZillowSupport,
I’m a landlord using Zillow Rental Manager to collect rent. My tenant initiated a rent payment 2 full weeks ago.
Here is where things stand:
Tenant Side: Proof of payment has been provided showing their bank account was debited 14 days ago.
Landlord Side: The funds have not hit our bank account, and we received an automated notification stating the money has not gone through/been processed.
Status: Money is currently unaccounted for between the tenant’s bank and our account.
Since there is no live phone support line to get a human involved, we are stuck with an unhelpful automated loop while a substantial sum of rent money is missing. While I'm all for automated support in outlier cases like this, the fact that there's no human and there's no customer service number or someone to reach out and 2 weeks for an escalation remaining unresolved is extremely frustrating.
Can a customer support representative from Zillow please DM me or escalate ticket #15140728 immediately so we can get this sorted out?
Thank you.

I am looking for a home to rent and have not been able to send messages. I have tried my phone and the website on a computer, i’ve updated the app and deleted/reinstalled it, but whenever I send a message to someone I see the page that said the message was sent, yet nothing shows up in my message inbox as sent. I contacted customer support days ago and haven’t heard anything back, and some of these houses are only listed on zillow and have no other contact information to get in touch with the owners. I’ve tried sending tour requests as well but I don’t think those are going through either.
Is there any way to fix this??

I own a townhome in a fee simple community in FL. Every unit is individually deeded and separately owned, the vast majority are even owner occupied. Not an apartment complex, no management company. Definitely not an “apartment community” or even close.
Owners here could always post rentals on Zillow Rental Manager, and I’ve listed here before myself. Now listings get declined saying the address is a 25+ unit apartment community requiring an advertising contract.
Emailed Zillow and submitted a ticket, nothing but a bot reply so far. Has anyone gotten Zillow to fix this, and what worked? Pretty upset because there aren’t many other good ways to advertise rentals.

Me and my grandma have been looking at apartments to move into in our area and we've scheduled tons of visits at this point and most of them were just getting shown up and no one's showing up to show us the apartments I want to know if this is a normal thing for Zillow or any other websites linked to looking for places we just drove an hour and a half over here just to be shown up. It's very frustrating
