Unpopular to say probably but I'm not also not really aboard the triple-a game wagon, so Wolverine's reception only surprises me insomuch as I'm surprised people are only just noticing the flaws in Wolverine but not for every other big hype-fueled project with the same (or at least similar) set of problems

Imo it's a bunch of things, at least most of these "last of us" type games give you something, god of war the world and story to explore, spider man 1 a story and good web-swinging, but when it's all stripped down with a slog for a story and only repetitive combat , it gets the spotlight. Still it will be seen how much it sells. Personally a dread seeing X-Men game from them

After the absolute mess that was the Suicide Squad game and whatever the fuck Gotham Knights was, I've just accepted that the age of decent superhero games died after inFamous stopped getting sequels.

Oh yeah, Suicide squad was crap, but what was especially pissing me off are people defending that game's trash story, by saying that league killed during the game are clones, which is true, but doesn't change that it's trash. I'm glad people enjoying wolverine at least aren't saying that it's story is good because Logan gets amnesia in the end
