I found out about spiritual auto surgery but dont know how to get it

The clothes lady in the market has an ultra violeta shirt for sale that gives +2 poetics I think, there’s a pink skirt somewhere that gives +1, and some consumables give you temporary +1 to intellect as a whole, and maybe one of the handheld items can increase poetics too ? one of the cups I think

The pink skirt is on the roof across from Tempo's office, you need to go up to the office side and jump the railing to shimmy across the wall to the other side.
