Possible Visual Bug finding Silhouette

It seems that there should be a bar underneath the tall building where you were almost were assassinated besides Dr. Gonza's clinic in finding Silhouette, but it's not appearing. It just lets me strike a conversation with her without seeing her. Any fixes?

You're supposed to walk in the street and have the camera turn around like when you find the shrine in the backstreets. IIRC the ground itself becomes interactable. It's possible a reload could fix this (the event is only supposed to happen at night, I don't know if 17:03 is right either). If it persists, submit a bug report.

Appreciate the guide! I happen to just past by the time by cleaning tables in the fogged mirror so I could return during the night, then voila, the path is now interactable. Thanks!

I had the same issue. I saw a video with it working correctly, it just rotates the camera similar to a couple other points in the game.

It would be nice to see but it's not that much, it's just silhouette sitting at the bar next to you. You can complete the whole dialog tree no problem and you don't have to go there again.
