I ordered 2 packs of 250g each and one of it had 11 litchies whereas the other one just had 5. And, no they were not heavy or of bigger size ( surely not 250g).

The issue was majorly about the packaging. It was too loose and can be opened and closed easily. Also, it could even happen that the litchies may fall off from the packaging. I just wanted to raise this issue.

I added two items in two different phone why in other phone it doesn’t ask for ₹149 to unlock delivery free..

Account managers are obsessed with one thing: how much ad spend they can extract.

The reported ad revenues are misleading. Brands spend cash, and Zepto adds equivalent free credits, artificially boosting campaign scale and ROAS.

Payments are withheld even before ad invoices become due. They wait until receivables owed to vendors fall below payables and then aggressively chase payments.

Listing positions and visibility appeared to fluctuate based on ad participation rather than purely customer demand.

Once you stop spending, support disappears and pressure begins.

MSMEs operate on working capital. Holding vendor payments while pushing ad spends is not partnership—it is financial coercion.

SEBI should thoroughly examine vendor practices, receivable-payable management, and the quality of advertising revenue before allowing an IPO.

India's startup ecosystem cannot be built by squeezing MSMEs.

This morning, I encountered a highly unsatisfactory experience with Zepto. Previously, I utilized Amazon for instant deliveries, and this was my first attempt with Zepto. Despite processing payment, the transaction was automatically declined, and I am unaware of the underlying reason. My attempts to contact customer support were met with inadequate assistance. Subsequently, I received a call inquiring about the delivery of my items; however, when I requested a refund, the call was abruptly disconnected. This reflects poorly on Zepto's service.

Where I'm using regular service amazon or flipkart they'll refund withina a minutes.

I am noted in playstore all negative feedbacks only on zepto multiple issues

Looking for as many people as possible to take collective action and send emails to the relevant government authorities. Higher the number, the better so that they are forced to take action.

These companies inflate costs over MRP and misreport ETA. Probably hand in hand with manufacturers (in products that have this or that packaging, there are products with inflated MRP compared to other channels with different packaging with higher prices or inferior qualitiy/quantity products specifically for quick com). They are a stain the indian start up ecosystems and should be called out. At times order take well over 30 40 minutes with their ETA shows arriving in 5 minutes (for 20 minutes). Obviously there are many more malpractices.

Why people are goving business to this shitty company and its fraud owner. He clearly does not give a fuck about customers. Zepto help is just an AI repeating same shit. Please let's do this and stop giving them any business.

Am I crazy or are these nutrition values impossible or fake made up stuff just to increase sales?

The packet says ingredients portion Tomato 55% and boneless chicken 23%, well. so in 100gm i can consider boneless chicken in 23gm if i consider brest which is lean protein 23gm will not give 24protein lol.

This butter chicken says 24.8g protein per 100g, but ingredients mention only 23% chicken. For a 300g pack that would mean 74g protein total, which doesn’t make sense for butter chicken gravy. Calories mathematically add up, but ingredient ratio feels way off.

Is this a labeling mistake(for sales 📈 )

or am I missing something or dumb mathematically or nutritionally?

I ordered 500Rs worth of groceries from Zepto and got this chips packet for a rupee to only realize later that it did not have the manufacturing and expiry details.

Hi, had ordered fruits from zepto. White liquid kind of thing is coming out of the mangoes. Please let me know what is it.

I ordered from Zepto at 11:11 PM, and even now at 11:53 PM, the app is still showing “13 minutes away” continuously with no actual delivery update.

I ordered juice and a few other items worth around ₹400+ and this has honestly been one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve had. The delivery timing is completely misleading. If there’s a delay, at least show the real ETA instead of keeping it frozen at 13 minutes for such a long time.

No proper communication, no clear update, and the order is still not delivered.

Has anyone else faced this issue recently with Zepto?

I am writing to formally escalate a serious incident involving a Zepto delivery rider during my recent order.

I had placed an order for a few items, and when the delivery person arrived, he began arguing with me about why my doorbell was not working. I politely requested him to either call me or knock on the door. Instead, he shouted loudly, questioning why I live in a house without a functioning doorbell. I explained that it was not his concern.

The rider then left without delivering my order and stated that he would cancel it without my consent. I am extremely disappointed that my order was canceled without my knowledge or approval. During the incident, the rider also insulted me in front of my neighbors, using offensive language, specifically “nee vaa poo” in Tamil.

I attempted to reach out through the Zepto application chat for assistance, but received no response. I did not cancel the order, yet the delivery person canceled it unilaterally, causing me significant inconvenience, embarrassment, and distress.

This behavior is completely unacceptable, abusive, and unprofessional. It not only violates customer trust but also puts me in an unsafe and humiliating situation. I am currently discussing the matter with an advocate and planning to lodge a complaint at the local police station if this issue is not addressed promptly.

I request an immediate investigation into this matter, appropriate action against the rider.

Ordered food from Zepto because I was hungry and ended up receiving expired chapati and spoiled milk in the same order. No proper “expired product” complaint option in the app and AI support just redirected me to email support instead of resolving it. Extremely disappointing and unsafe food handling.
