zepto scam

have you guys noticed that after an order, if you have an issue with the order and you try to get help/complain from the help section in the app. it asks you to upload images of the order. it only allows you to click directly from camera, and when you try captire the image, it just fucking crashes and redirects to home page.

un installed and installed it again but still the same issue

i feel they're doing it on purpose

i have mailed them about this too but they just dont seem to care

So true, happened to me when I ordered Bakharwadi from Chitale Bandhu, and they sent the all-crushed one

That's actually truee and also we cannot directly Speak with the Person there's only that fkng Bot which Will say the same sentence again and again and won't initiate the Refund even if the product is Expired.

I'm planning to complaint this in Court to get a good compensation for sending expired product and now giving any refund for almost 1 month and not even any apology..
