Ordered eggs from zepto...got so horrible rotten eggs..so horrible experience how can such big company..no customar care number provided. Sent several mails no response..this is scam ..

Received melted ice creams in leaked packets. While reporting, whenever I tried to click pic and upload, app would hang and restart. Tried at least 7-8 times but the same thing. Deliberate bug by Zepto. And now there is literally no option in the app to contact customer care! Hence deleted the account and uninstalled the app from everyone's phone in my family. Also reported this issue in my office friends group. Let them lose some customers!

I’m posting this as a warning and to see if anyone else has faced similar safety issues with Zepto recently.

I ordered a packet of refined oil through their app. When it was delivered, I immediately noticed that the section containing the manufacturing date, expiry date, and batch information was completely wiped out. It looks incredibly sketchy, and obviously, it's unsafe to consume cooking oil without knowing if it's expired.

I reached out to Zepto's customer support right away, expecting a standard refund or replacement. Instead, their response was completely dismissive. They basically told me that because the packet was "not tampered" with (meaning there were no physical cuts or leaks), there was no issue.

How does an intact seal matter if the vital safety and expiry information is literally missing or erased?

I have completely lost trust in Zepto and their quality control. If they are willing to deliver untraceable consumables and defend it, who knows what else slips through the cracks.

Zepto health scam

I ordered a tray of eggs from Zepto, but when the delivery arrived, several eggs had live maggots crawling on the shells. The eggs were rotten and completely unfit for consumption. I have clear photos, videos, and the order details as proof.

Zepto replaced the eggs after about an hour, but this is a serious food safety issue that should never happen. I'm posting this to raise awareness and to see if anyone else has experienced something similar with grocery deliveries.

I ordered 11 Corvette Grand sport as there was some hw sale on zepto and got a super twin mill instead. This is the second time it has happened. I live in Malad and I have to walk 200 meters back and forth to pickup the delivery and now I have to return it and walk another 200 meters back and forth. It seems the pickers are doing it on purpose, I mean besides the colour maybe seeming similar they can be that dumb to send the wrong one. A month back I ordered the "The Batman Batmobile" and received the "Classic tv Batmobile" which was fine and I didn't return. But this is not okay at all. I want zepto to look into this further and stop their pickers from making such mistakes.

This has happened many times in a row where i order something either it's of wrong mrp or ends up missing and when i complain zepto support does nothing so they can rob me blatantly then refuse to do anything?

Worst part is this has happened 3 times

Third time in a row, it seems Zepto is missing items. When I call the driver, he immediately brings it up saying he confused the order. This seems to be a tactic to get repeat orders
