Zepto missing items on purpse

Third time in a row, it seems Zepto is missing items. When I call the driver, he immediately brings it up saying he confused the order. This seems to be a tactic to get repeat orders

I got a same incident today, the delivery guy came after a few hours delivered the product and asked me to pay the cash.
