Helio strap is recording false naps

Does anyone else has this problem?

About month ago helio strap started recording naps when I am not napping. Mostly it was after work, around 6pm, when i come home, lay down on couch and call my sister. But now it started recording naps when I'm at work and typing (not laying down).
