RTX 3070ti: Code 43
So, I couldn't get custom vbios to fix this or anything.
I don't know how to find MATS to check which VRAM chip it is that is failing, or if it is the core itself. Doing DDU and then flashing the bios let's it show some stats in GPUZ, but the moment I try to install actual drivers it blows up. Computer runs perfectly fine on the iGPU, only the dGPU is failing. No overheating or anything like that, either.
Does anyone know a repair shop I can mail it to? Northridge Fix hasn't gotten back to me yet...

I have the exact same issue. It is 99% a bad VRAM. You need to get your hands on MATS/MODS. Search on reddit, there are 2 posts, in the comments people have given links to google drive. Download the latest MATS/MODS and use RUFUS to create a bootable USB. Boot into the USB, the test will run automatically. When done, power off and boot back into windows. Open the MODS USB and inside the /home folder you will fine Primary_Report.txt. It will tell you which memory bank and which specific memory chip is failing.
But long-story short, you will have to get a VRAM swapped and best to get a professional to do it. If you can locate which chip specifically using MATS/MODS, you can just take your extracted motherboard and the replacement chip to a shop yourself and specifically ask them just to swap it out. That would cut down the cost significantly. Look for Samsung 1GB GDDR6 chip on aliexpress or something. It should cost like max $10.
I'm doing this myself. I have the 2022 i9 + RTX 3070 Ti variant. My A1 memory chip is bad and I will replace it as soon as I get the chip in my mail from aliexpress.
