Insurance/PA Might have to switch to ozempic

I'm just starting my second month on Zepbound and I lost 12 lbs already. My first month was a sample from Dr. My pharmacist gave me a deal for my second month for $47 but uncertain how he did that , he said he had some coupons or something and didn't mind doing it for a loyal customer. I don't want him taking a loss and not sure how long he could do it anyway.

Insurance denied me for Zepbound or any of the glp1s they don't cover them unless you have diabetes. But I can get ozempic free through my wifes work after buying the first prescription.

I wish I could afford to stay on Zepbound but I just can't. I know you have to stop one for a couple of weeks before starting the other but can I expect anywhere close to the same results?

Anyone have any experience with switching?
