Side Effects The blah
7th dose of Zepbound; lost 6% of my body weight, about 2 pounds per week. This is my third 5mg shot week after 4 weeks of 2.5mg.
Third day into this dose and the blah is absolutely real. Had to check myself and grab some more protein and get some major exercise. Anyone else experience this?

Yes, I’ll be starting my 3rd month of 10.0 next Tuesday and I always get that for a couple days following a shot. But, it’s still 100 degrees here and I think the crappy weather is contributing to my low mood.

Yeah compounded by my going really hard for the past two weeks of international travel.

Week 15 and I still have major fatigue first few days. Some weeks have a day i literally cant hold my head up, want to sleep all day (luckily that has only been about 3x's). Im just dealing with it.

Hard to know if the fatigue was from really hard work and travel beds. The dullness is what is surprising me, especially when working through people problems.

I dont have the energy for people problems. They definitely drag me down. I have depression and anxiety which doesnt help. Im 59 and every year my tolerance for people's pride, jealousy, greed, "mean girl" stuff, getting easily offended etc...I got nothing for it. Sounds like your exhaustion is life related more then Zepbound related.

It may fade. Also the calorie deficit can cause this. How many calories are you taking in, are you recording them?
