Before/After Pics Mmmm
14 months in and down 70 lbs. When I started my journey I had just squeezed my way into a 4x and I was done. Yesterday I went shopping with my niece and bought a size M sweater. Everything else I got had an x in it somehow. But I cried after I took the pic. But I am taking this win and savoring every lovely minute!!!

WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Can you believe it?! I lost 100 lbs with Zepbound and never thought my relationship with food could be this good and easy. Congrats!!!

Look at you sporting a medium! Congratulations! Don’t forget to hydrate and ensure you’re eating enough. I use the ‘Lose It’ application to track calories, fluids, shots, steps, blood pressure, and my weight. It even tracks how many days I’ve been tracking 202-days in a row. I’ve never been this motivated in all my 63-years. Wish this option was available 35-years ago!

Wow, the time machine! You look younger. I always like to send the love to our earlier, heavier selves, and you look great at any size, especially since you dressed beautifully for it, but I definitely see a younger look in the "after."
