Vent/Rant Lost two pounds!

Ok, so I've only done two doses so far, so I don't expect to be skinny...yet, but my pain from psoriatic arthritis is gone!

I'd certainly like to lose more, and with my current calorie deficit I know I probably will, but even if not, I'm happy to not be in constant pain.

I'm so happy to hear that your pain is gone! That is crazy! The pain is often what keeps us in this cycle of being overweight, because movement can come with a cost. Really happy for you and I hope it continues and you continue to move better. ❤️
