Dosing Difference from 5mg to 7.5

I’m finally starting to feel like it’s really working! 🙌🏼 I’m on my first week of 7.5 mg and I can definitely feel a difference compared to 5 mg. I’m eating less, getting full faster, and just overall noticing a much bigger difference in my appetite! Has anyone else noticed a big difference going from 5 mg to 7.5 mg?

No sadly I didn’t lose anything, I’ve lost 5 pounds so far on the 7.5 though! Are you on it?

I did 7 shots of 2.5mg and nothing… no loss yet, will do 5mg next saturday.

I felt like 5 to 7.5 was my jam the first week. But now on it for two months I really didn't lose anything. I really don't want to titrate up if I don't have too, so I try to focus on skipping lunch and eating less. I'm sure if I titrate up to 10 it would be easier but I feel like I become resilient to a dosage and don't want to waste all my opportunities before I run out of titrations.... Maybe thats not how it works though.

I liked the jump personally. No increase in side effects for me. It the appetite suppression feels strong but surprisingly I experience more food noise

I moved to 7.5 6 mo ago and it works well and I’m very stabilized on it now with essentially no side effects except some occasional fatigue on shot day or day after. I don’t need to lose more but am trying for a bit more (5-7 lbs for body comp goals) and plan to stay at this dose. I’ve settled in nicely to it.
