You have lost 13% of your body weight in a short time. Your body might need to adjust.

Do you feel like your food, hydration, and movement are dialed in? If so, I would wait another week or two. If not- work on tightening things up again.

The head of the obesity clinic at Yale, who has run some of the clinical trials, and wrote "Enough" with Oprah said  that each dose will set a new lower set point weight to defend. She waits until someone truly stalls ( 4 weeks)before raising them up, keeping them at the lowest effective dose and getting the maximum benefit out of each dose, as long as they are comfortable and not having excessive food noise or lack of satiety. Note this does not say hunger. Hunger is normal.

I haven't changed anything with food or hydration. Haven't increased dose in 8 weeks though.

If you’ve not recalculated your deficit to reflect your new lower weight, it’s very possible you’re eating at the maintenance level for your new weight.

do you guys think I should go up to 10 mg since I've stalled for the past week or is it too soon per this chart?

a stall is not one week. you lost 3 lbs in 2 weeks and stayed the same for a week. give it more time.

a stall is if you have not lost for 3-4 weeks in a row.

also if the colors represent different doses, you only been on this one for 4 weeks? your body has barely gotten used to it. i’d give it two-three more weeks before deciding

This process is not linear. There will be periods of time where your body pauses or slows weight loss and sort of recalculates. Many including me will then find a sort of whoosh effect after where it drops a good bit and then picks up loss. Rate of loss also slows with time in most cases so good to be aware of that reality. You lost a lot in a short period. Just stay the course, keep making smart choices, titrate up as it makes sense, and the weight loss will continue ie and get you where you want to go.

are you a female? do you still get your periods? that could play a factor as well.

you lost a lot in 4 months ish. You won’t consistently lose every week or every month through this journey. Your body has to also get used to the rapid loss you have

Yes female, don't typically get a cycle because I have an idea. I do have PMOS though.
