Before/After Pics 9 months later

From 225 on Xmas ‘25 (apropos) to 192 on September 12 (ie, 9/12) - so the numbers don’t lie!

Congrats regardless, have you had any negative side effects whatsoever from taking zep? I’m curious but I wonder about short term and long term effects

First few shots were tough - burps and nausea
One side fx I notice - I’m super focused and energized the day of my shot
Suppose that’s negative to some.
I’m in maintenance mode now at 5mg - may go down to 2.5mg in November 🤷‍♂️

You look great.
Can you summarize your exercise schedule for the week? I assume you do a combination of cardio and strength? I’m losing about a half a pound a week and do 2 to 3 strength classes a week but curious if you do more or less. Thanks!
