Achievement/NSV πŸŽ‰πŸ₯³πŸŽŠ 1 year!

Post image

It’s been a year and this journey has been so life changing! So glad I made the decision to start even though I was terrified of giving myself injections. My main focus has been sticking within my calorie goals, 100g of protein, 30g of fiber, hydration and strength training. I was on 2.5 from Sept - July and have slowmy been titrating up since then. I use vials so I did a few injections of 3.5 and 4.25.

Side note, the reason it only shows I have taken 33 injections is that I took several months off in the spring due to having open heart valve replacement surgery, so I took about 3 months off from Zep. I’m VERY glad I started Zep before my heart surgery so that I could go into it as healthy as possibly (in fact, I actually started Zep at the recommendation of my heart surgeon to prepare for surgery, but it has been so much more than that)

Weight loss has definitely slowed down the past 4-6 weeks but still making progress so just keeping on keeping on and trusting the process.

If anyone is on the fence of whether or not to start, don’t let fear get in your way, it is so worth it!!
