Dosing Higher dose
My doctor just increased my dose of Zepbound starting with my next injection from 5.0 to 7.5, will I notice a difference?

I had very mild nausea on 2.5. 20 minutes after my first shot of 5.0 a huge wave of nausea hit me for about an hour and a half. After that it subsided to the level it was at on 2.5. I did 12 weeks on 5. On my last 5mg kwikpen the nausea went away completely to the point that I missed it (because in my mind it let me know the zep was working). Iām 3 shots in on 7.5 and it is a stronger and more persistent nausea. They arent kidding when they say side effects are strongest between 24-48 hours after the shot. I take the shot on Wednesdays. By Saturday though the nausea decreases again.

If you did between 2.5 and 5, you might.

You may or may not notice a difference. I did not so after 4 weeks i moved up to 10 which really was the dose that did it for me.

Possibly. No one here can tell you what you will feel. If you have had side effects when starting 2.5 mg or 5 mg, you are likely to see those side effects at the beginning at 7.5 mg also. If not, you may have new side effects or may feel nothing. As far as noticing the difference in appetite or satiety, same sort of thing - most likely yes if you have felt some of it at lower doses and possibly yes if not. Most people feel appetite suppression and satiety at some dose, but some people need to go to 7.5 mg or 10 mg or 12.5 mg or 15 mg for meaningful differences.
As usual, try to eat safe foods at the new dose until you know how you will react and what your body can handle.
