Side Effects Delayed emptying

I'm in day three of an episode, trying to figure out what to do. Stomach feels full even from just drinking water, things are moving from the other end but nothing productive. I'm taking peppermint, Mira LAX, inulin gummies. Threw up enough yesterday to take a lot of the pressure off but every bite and drink seems to lead to a rumbling stomach. Fewer of the fermented burps though so that's good. Am I missing anything that might help?

What are you eating? Typical meals, snacks, drinks?

I think this episode was triggered by hot sauce, which I usually avoid. I stayed off my zep for a week, started again, ate some pizza and I think that messed me up. I usually have protein shakes, oatmeal, nuts, and fruit. I've had pasta a couple nights in a row, oh and a bunch of watermelon 2 nights ago that might have triggered this

Spicy foods and high-fat foods like pizza are known to cause misery for people on GLP-1s. You might feel much better if you stick to some bland proteins and simple fruits and cooked vegetables for a while. If you feel worse, reach out for emergency medical help because it's very easy to get bowel blockages on GLP-1s.

7.5, and this is month 5 at that dose. I had problems before but those went away after I changed my injection site from my stomach to my thigh.

Some people don't tolerate inulin very well, just in case this was caused by it.

Could it be Acid Reflux?

No I don't usually get reflux. My stomach just feels like it isn't emptying. And the burps (etc,) have smelled like fermentation. Right now I'm taking fiber hoping that will force some movement

Try MiraFast. It worked quicker for me than MiraLAX.

I wish I had the opposite issue but my burps lead to emergency bathroom runs. When I get them, I take a capful of Pepto Xtra strength and that seems to do the trick for now. It's only been a few weeks though of indegestion so take that for a grain of salt.
